Frequent moves, rental limitations, and lack of long-term infrastructure have made it difficult to fully anchor programs or expand impact. The challenge is to design a space that adapts, endures, and amplifies Kranti’s vision—while honoring the diverse needs of those who live, learn, and lead here.
